TODAY, Californians are heading to the polls to vote on several major propositions that shall dramatically affect both the political and economic future of our state.
We are following the activity and will report the results.

You can stop with that bogeyman. It doesn't impress anyone and it got old after the second time you trotted it out.
If the Pubbies run a "Hillary Lite" RINO against Hillary, they may as well give the race to Her Heinous and save the cab fare. I prefer voting Republican, but I'll be damned if I'll vote for another Democrat with an "R" by its name.
Yes. Tonight was a total lose. But for this to happen, the unions had to spend MILLIONS against Arnold and his initiatives.
We shouldn't just throw up our hands and give up. We need to hold our heads up and hit them harder.
I was so darn proud of my party in this election! They darn sure did all they could do to help get these props passed. I have never seen them work harder, so I disagree with you entirely. The problem is the Unions strong armed, and I mean that literally, and downright LIED as usual scaring the voters, and intimidating their members as always. The Republicans gave their all!!!!

You're right. Next year I'm going to shut down my business for three weeks from 7/25 to 8/15 and go cool off in the mountains. The AZ weather is not that uncomfortable because the humidity is so low. I lived in Atlanta for a couple of years and that summer weather is less comfortable on hot days. The problem with AZ summers is the heat just never lets up, not even for two days. I agree that everyone needs to take off for at least 10 days up in the mountains. But overall, I love this state and people have been really friendly to us even though we're from that "C-word" place. But we're Pubbies so it's OK...lol.

I don't have to wonder, I know why. They're too busy running Democrat Lite candidates against Democrats.
The last real Conservative gubernatorial candidate the California Republican Party ever ran was Ronald Reagan. Since then, it's been nothing but rubes who are utterly beholden to their RINO advisors.
There won't be a "we" to "drag them there."
Republican turnout will plummet in 2006.
Sorry, but this election was a watershed. It's all downhill from here.

He saw it as an opportunity to foster growth California's biomedical industry. He's been fairly pro-business.
I voted against it but as we saw tonight, the governor's support is hardly enough for a proposition to win at the ballot box.
We need to stop playing nice and rightly define the radicals in the legislature. Just like happened tonight, their interests defined the terms of the debate. It happens back in D.C. as well. It's the most frustrating thing and only reason I sometimes go delusional and want to embrace campaign reform spending limits.
We need to fix the GOP in California. It's a disorganized mess which can't get folks fired up and out to the polls. Replacing Arnold with a McClintock isn't going to fix things. The problem is in the legislature but more to the point, it's in GOTV and fund-raising.
Result of the in-fighting? GOP stay home. It's probably why we lost tonight across the board instead of winning on 73 and 75.
Here's an idea: let's find something we can fight each other about so that we can waste our will on each other!!
That's sure to win elections for us!

I need to check out the slate of initiatives coming up the next couple elections, I know there are quite few in the hopper already ..
We made them spend hundreds of millions to keep things as they are for another single year.
We do this again in 2006 and 2008 and they will be broker than the Soviet Union. ;-)

I think it is cheap to get propositions on the ballot.
Get them on there and the libs and unions have to spend their monies all on defense instead of their corrupt politicians.
Win or lose it's a victory on some level and eventually soon we'd get the big win.

With their third party voting they gave us Carter and Clinton.
