Q&A with Roberts to Start
On Tuesday, the eighteen members of the Senate Judiciary Cmte. begin questioning Chief Justice nominee John Roberts. This will take all day, with the senators asking their questions, up to a half-hour for each member, in order of seniority, alternating by party.

Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

PresBush said Scalia and Thomas are his idea of what a USSC justice should be. I agree. I don't think Roberts rises to the level of a Scalia, Thomas or even a CJ Rehnquist.
Had to take a break from work to say that Biden is a pompous ass. These jackasses don't want to hear an answer, they just want to hear themselves talk.
Judge Robert's just put Biden in his place with a very polite "chuck you farley".
