On Hannity and Colmes, While discussing the requirements of a Supreme Court nominee, Ann just sarcastically noted that it was ok to kill a girl at Chappiquiddic. Colmes said that was a low blow and that comment was below her.
WHY??? WHAT is so darned SACRED about mentioning the truth???
Ann said, "Why..."
Colmes didn't answer, and the set was quiet.
Hannity and Reagan (another guest) should have spoken up.
This is another example of "The Emperor is NAKED!"
We have not jump on any bandwagon. We have been screaming this for years! It has always been a miscarriage of justice. We didn't just discover this tonight, you know. Pffft!
As an aside, I was watching a cop show rerun the other day (CSI I think). The head of the department made a comment regarding bogusness. He said this person (or item or something) was a phony as a Chappaquidic neck brace. This was extraordinary since it is a CBS show. It was also priceless.
Jorge...you are probably getting pounded for your comments, but sorry, Ted the pig drove off a bridge, left a passenger to fend for themselves and didn't report the "accident" till 5 hours later, he is criminally negligent at best, and much worse to anyone who is honest, truthful and informed about it.
Sorta. It's the latest buzz-phrase used by libs and various conquered Republicans, protecting "Roe V. Wade". :)
I always wondered who could marry Old Serpent Head (James Carville), but Mary Matlin did it.
I could not imagine waking up beside him. Yeech!
Alan Colmes just played the exchange on his radio show...and he said that the Republicans need to get over it...
He said that liberals have gotten over the "illegal stuff" that George Bush did before he was President, and that they don't "keep bringing old stuff up"...
Lies, Alan, all lies....jerk!
You sure are able to identify with the perpetrator. Too bad you are so lacking in the ability to identify with the victim or her family.
Also, if you keep saying "meanspirited", you'll turn this into a drinking thread. Maybe you would identify with that too.
1.) Ignore Chappquiddick?
2.) Pretend Mary Jo Kopechne is still alive?
3.) Simply concentrate on Teddy K's Communist Senate voting record without pointing out his moral failure?
I sit, awaiting judgement from Jorge.
And you know this how?
Bringing up a murder after several years.
Does that mean if someone killed a family member of
yours and they find the person several yrs later,
no big deal, let him go because it happened years ago.
I'm curious, what illegal stuff did GWB do before being elected?
Wonder if they'll edit this out for the second showing of H - C tonight.
"
Ted Kennedy cared more for this woman than you EVER could and feels 100 times as bad about her death than you EVER could."
And how would you know that? Makes me wonder if you are Ted Kennedy. I've never seen even a shred of morality from this man.
Who cares. FNC is a tabloid news channel anyway. Access Hollywood has more credibility.
Yes, the accident was tragic.. But Kennedy's fleeing it was a criminal outrage.
seriously, i can understand this guy making 1 or 2 misinformed statements. but here we have a thread which is now above 400 posts, and jorge keeps digging himself deeper!
Zot Jorge in '05!
Jorge has no idea what he or she is talking about, having never bothered reading any actual posts. He/she believes he/she is in posession of facts of the case which none of us Plebes are privy to, yet refuses to present said facts. All Jorge keeps saying is how small minded and mean we all are for judging the way he decided to let Mary Jo die while he pow wowed with his lawyer - oh, and insisting he only accidentally left her to die while going for another drink and a pow wow with his lawyer.
"...that doesn't excuse the hateful meanspirited practice of some on the right of constantly parroting "Chappaquiddic""
Please do everyone a favor and stop using the left's favorite self-pitying expression, "meanspirited". Use "mean" or "nasty", but quit with the leftist doublespeak. "Spirit" is a whole other realm of innuendo the left loves to slime republicans with.
