Per foxnews
"What exactly is John Howard supposed to say..........in your view?"
BRING IT ON!!!
jmo
I wonder why it was deleted that Warren/Columbia/Bush/Oval could be War on Bush in DC Oval Office...
But anyway, thanks for the post.
I'm sure we all hope you hear from her ASAP
I don't see this as setting off duds. The perps if caught will be serving big time even if they were not real.
**Didn't they find a cache of nitrites, and fertilizers in some house last week?**
Yes, that was what I heard on FoxNews.
Why 3 on a train and 1 on a bus again. What is the difference between the perps. The last time, the bus dude was supposedly the leader.
Someone said something that even tho it might have been from the same batch, the explosives may have deteriorated. It's a question they have in the back of their head.
God, I love the Brits!
yup , and yappin' muzzies like Atta's father and assorted POS have given us ample warning , Blair is tip-toeing ,"hey Tony , don't make them angry , PLEASE DON'T!!"
An example of WWII, there was a 'lights out' policy in the coastal cities at night. Goods were rationed. And detainment was backed up by the Supreme Court at the time. Of course, that was not a very constitutional court-- packed by FDR. I don't consider it legitimate, to be honest. But it would be interesting to read their statements.
Gee, do you think you could give the Prime Minister more than a few hours to get an update on what is going on and who might be behind this? He'd look really foolish if he blamed it on the likely culprits, the jihadists, and it turned out to be eco-terrorists, for example.
The difference between a device and a weapon is the purpose to which it is put.
The little EMP "devices" have a range of about 1', and they don't have enough power to do anything more than confuse a computer (rebooting solves the problem). An effective EMP/HERF device needs about a 10' square antenna, and even then unless you have a *lot* of power behind it it won't actually do anything permanent.
Also, an effective EMP device would trash or lock up any electronics within its range - it wouldn't just set off someone's detonator, it would also lock up/jam/destroy cell phones, pagers, pacemakers, laptops and anything else that happened to pass by. This tends to make them rather obvious and annoying.
An RFI generator would not generally cause problems for passing devices - unless one of them happens to be an electrical detonator.
PM Tony says he will leave to Metro police to brief the public on what was said at the COBRA meeting, because they are the best at giving out the details.
... it will take a river of blood before we can do something like that.

Sadly, true. That day in inevitable, though, if the Muslims do not immediately, aggressively, and continuously implement steps to purge the terrorists from their midst.
Not totally. They did get the bombs down into the tube via backpacks, same method used two weeks ago. Commuters were just lucky this time that the bombmakers were inept.
OMG, I'm sorry, lol!
Lame ass Reporterette to Blair: "Do you feel responsible at all that people in Britain are now in the front line in the war on terror?"
The last time I looked, Tony Blair was still in the Labour Party. ;-)
Do as you wish.
Howard is not quite correct:
Terrorism is the enemy of all CIVILIZED people.
I don't for a minute think they deliberately set off duds, and I'm sure I didn't say so. I'm just suggesting, as others here have, that they might not have had the proper kind of material to make the big booms they hoped for.
