Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

You need to read more about the case, and not rely on the lies that claim the courts ordered her death.

If she is able to feed herself, and wants to, she's perfectly allowed to do so. The fact is, though, that she's not going to do it.

Well in Florida, and in many other states Food is considered life support and we can pull life support from people who can't feed themselves, so yes I think the law also says we can starve babies!

Problem is - do you know that even groups producing non-partisan voter guides cannot get such information from judges running?

I found that out when I tried to get info in '00. I guess it is time to demand that judges answer election questions, too.

Another thing for local laws. When the same people go to court to re-hash an issue that has already been 'decided' and appealed, the first judge should be recused and a new Judge should hear the case. The same "biased," "corrupt," or "mentally impaired" judge should NOT be making all the rulings.

Well, I am not surprised about Greer's lates ruling, we all knew not to put much hope there. The man is a TYRANT and he has allowed Satan to hold onto him!

I find it interesting what Bob Schindler has to say about Terri, that she is holding on and has a will to live. I am saddened that there is really no more legal hope for Terri and that she will have to continue to die slowly. I wish God would just take her now so she won't suffer anymore!

The only hope Terri has is in the Lord! So we ask you Lord to save Terri, however You will! We ask for Your will to be done! We ask that you carry Terri through this hell! be with her family and comfort them! be with us as we are all so hurt and angry. Be with Jeb Bush as he sits and does nothing. Haunt is heart, break his spirit, shake his mind! We beg of you to make JEB sit and think about Terri till he can't take it anymore and acts, in the NAME of GOD we pray!!!!!!!! Please save Terri Lord Jesus!!

This case is about a woman's rights when she is unable to speak up for them herself.
