Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Barbara Weller was on TV at the Hospice right after it happened. I only saw it once on Fox or MSNBC. They never repeated it, that I know of. She was crying as she relayed her story.

Maybe Gibbs didn't know about until yesterday. Is that possible?

I don't like the idea of them handcuffing children, but if the kids trespassed - and knew they were trespassing, then the law is the law. The parents are at fault for encouraging them, allowing it.

This is what Operation Rescue used to do all the time in 80's and early 90's in front of abortion clinics. Some of my best friends (male) were in OR and went to jail. I stayed on the picket lines with the other mom's.

This family KNEW what they were doing and knew they would be arrested. I'm sure the kids were treated fine. Frankly, I think they showed real courage. We have to take a stand sometime.

I totally agree. I often wondered if that why HINO became a nurse. So he could mess with her with injections and etc. She is definately already a miracle.

The 3 minute tape of her and her dad is excellent. I don't know why Fox only played about 30 seconds of it.

Obviously Terri has a strong will to live. It must be so frustrating for the Schindlers to know how well she is doing and people in power not believeing it. How horrible for them.

Prayers do not go unheard. People are turning to him.

I watched "The Passion" last night and cried. Many times I had to pray that I did not see the correlations between Terri so that I focused only what Christ did for us.

I don't ever remember I time in my life when I prayed and was in so much agony for such long time. My agony is nothing compared to what The Shinders have been put thru.

All our collective agonies are nothing compared to what God has done in the sacrificing of HIS beloved Son for us.

One thing is for sure,I am walking much closer than I was.

I agree!!!! The parents are teaching their children to bravely stand for Christ in a time when others fear men. And they did it peacefully and bravely I might add.(and when they grow old...they shall not depart from it)
