Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
That's horrible. They have snippers to kept people away from saving Terri from being murdered.
Unbelieveable and sickening.
How you draw that conclusion, I don't understand. The judge, with impunity, was allowed by Jeb and the Legislature to intimidate the FDLE away from rescuing a dying woman. That tells me they're wimps and he's not. Wimps don't change their stripes - they will not impeach Greer. They will not investigate Greer. They will not make life uncomfortable for Greer.. You need to start being more realistic.

What kind of an incompetent is Barbara Weller to wait a week before mentioning this to the court? The Schindlers attorneys are very very unimpressive. Weller had time for TV and radio interviews - but not time to alert the judge that Terri had tried to talk.
She definitely doesn't look like a vegetable back then, and given enough care, therapies, and love, she may be with us telling what really happened that day. Come to think of it, MS may still be in jail this very moment, had Terri been taken care properly.
Randall Terry tried to read this on Hannity's show but Sean cut him off.. cowardly to the end!

She's been telling everyone who would listen from the time that it happened! Greer doesn't care about the truth, nor do the cops down there or anyone else in power.. are you just on a rampage tonite or what?
I don't think Greer is the lone ranger in this plot to kill Terri. He obviously has lots of power or he wouldn't have prevented the Gov from rescuing Terri.
Some one said Greer was tipped off about a possible rescue. The trouble is, you don't know where the spies are hanging out. Greer probably has goons working all over the state.

Wow, I hadn't heard that until now. Another instance that is not coincidental IMO. I wonder if Jeb wasn't so much scared of facing Terri's supporters as addressing Jesus with that Station. If that scared him away, I would have thought it would give him reason to reconsider his actions, or rather, lack thereof.

My thought about the make up is that he was embarrassed by her and has kept her out of the public eye and hidden, partly for this reason. Maybe he thinks it reflects badly on him to have a disabled wife. If he is a sociopath like SP and OJ, everything is all about him. I personally think he's disturbed if he had friends who didn't know Terri brought in to look at her.
I was just watching the rebroadcast of Greta and they played the request of David Gibbs to Greer as to the new info about Terri trying to say she wants to live and I must say it was a good argument and Gibbs asked for hydration for Terri like asap and Greer said he would consider all that Gibbs requested...IF he denies this, than we know for a fact that this man is part of a conspiracy. If he grants it, I will think that the conspiracy is with Schiavo, Felos and the Hospice. Greer has a chance to do the right thing here, if not, he will pay the price. If I were him I'd grab this opportunity to get the heat off myself. If he says no, they need to do something as to the obvious bias of the court. The court cannot give hearsay testimony a finding of fact without giving the opposing side the same fair and equal treatment. The witness which is an attorney, an officer of the court, can lose their license to practice if she perjures herself, so this testimony should be given the highest finding of fact.
