I was just watching the rebroadcast of Greta and they played the request of David Gibbs to Greer as to the new info about Terri trying to say she wants to live and I must say it was a good argument and Gibbs asked for hydration for Terri like asap and Greer said he would consider all that Gibbs requested...IF he denies this, than we know for a fact that this man is part of a conspiracy. If he grants it, I will think that the conspiracy is with Schiavo, Felos and the Hospice. Greer has a chance to do the right thing here, if not, he will pay the price. If I were him I'd grab this opportunity to get the heat off myself. If he says no, they need to do something as to the obvious bias of the court. The court cannot give hearsay testimony a finding of fact without giving the opposing side the same fair and equal treatment. The witness which is an attorney, an officer of the court, can lose their license to practice if she perjures herself, so this testimony should be given the highest finding of fact.
I believe we all know how he's going to rule on this. He's been consistant in ruling against the Schindler's. He could have, at several points, legally chosen a different outcome on this and chose not to do so. One thing he could have done was remove MS as guardian. He allowed her rehab monies to be tampered with after a jury awarded the money for that very purpose. He allowed her to be put in a hospice and put on medicaid.
It looks like it all goes back to the award money and keeping control of it.
We don't really know how much money is left in that trust fund. We only know what attorney and MS has said is there.
If they think money will buy happiness, well folks it won't.
