What kind of an incompetent is Barbara Weller to wait a week before mentioning this to the court? The Schindlers attorneys are very very unimpressive. Weller had time for TV and radio interviews - but not time to alert the judge that Terri had tried to talk.

Barbara Weller was on TV at the Hospice right after it happened. I only saw it once on Fox or MSNBC. They never repeated it, that I know of. She was crying as she relayed her story.

Maybe Gibbs didn't know about until yesterday. Is that possible?

Well, I would have gone right in to Judge Greer on March 18th after it happened but I called members of the Fla House Judiciary Committee that day to advise them that Terri declared that she wanted to live. I also called all my local legislators and said now that Terri's declared, it would be first degree murder to starve and dehydrate her.

That's how Judge Greer works? He's in contempt of congress, he put a restraining order on Jeb Bush and DCF to turn the ambulance around that was en route and now he's suspicious of Barbara Weller. A declaration is STILL A DECLARATION.

I'll call the Judiciary Committee again on Monday and remind them that I called them about this last week and CITIZENS ARE WORKING TOWARDS IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE SWAMP JUDGE. We are making progress in that regard. FV
