The emotional roller coaster of what is happening is almost too much to bare.. instead of *could and should* I need to hear the word *has* filed....

I talked to the FBI today and they said they have no jurisdiction in the Schiavo matter.

Obviously Greer, Felos and Schiavo killing Terri is no threat, its the real thing, so why should they have any jurisdiction?
