Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Remember last week when it was reported about Terri saying "I waaaaannnt..." when asked if she wanted to live? That info is before Judge Greer now...an attorney made a declaration about it and Greer is going to rule by noon tomorrow. This was reported on Fox a few minutes ago...an attorney on Fox said that would be big news that the judge would have to listen to...but unfortunately this is Greer....but Fox said "well this said a week ago, why did they wait so long" the thing is WE all have known about it, it was reported in various media...
It was provided by my pro-life friend. I wish she would post here, but besides her job, she's very busy speaking at churches, et al re: pro-life issues.
Herein lies the slippery slope.
And if you think he would NOT have been exonerated, still, there is unlikely to be a better test case down the road.
Sustain Terri, your child, through the night once again. Give her a refreshing drink of living water and moisten her parched body. Fill her with Your supernatural strength just as You did for Your Son, Jesus, when He spent 40 days and nights in the wilderness. O Lord, You are able. Nothing is too difficult for You. Move mightily in Judge Greer's heart. Send forth Your heavenly armies to battle on behalf of Your people who cry out to You for justice. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Amen!!!!
Even Ralph Nadar is against killing Terri, as well as Jesse Jackson. I never thought I would agree with them.
Nadar said part of the reason is that HMOs want to cut expenses.

For real. Terri has not had and is not permitted to have extreme unction. She may not see her priest. She is to be immediately cremated. Her ashes are to be spread on Schiavo property.
How's that for evil?
On the other hand,
Terri was named for Sta. Teresa de Avila, who suffered greatly from illness, and whose city is walled.
Greer received $144,000 in contributions.
Schiavo means slave.
Another Schindler had a list.
The 70 year old woman on her knees yesterday (before?) trying to take water was named Mary.
Someone else posted that the 2 boys arrested today are named Gabriel......
and Joshua.
I am certain there are more pings from the Lord here.
And the Pope is ill.
Good Friday in the USSA. Light a candle.
Amen!!!
Amen, Faith. I stand agreeing with you in prayer.
We aren't allowing her to die, we (this country) are killing her. The actual question is: When did we allow the court ordered execution of people who have not even been charged with a crime, let alone, convicted.
And the MSM will make sure they don't know the difference.
Heh! When you figure it out, let US know!
Amen, Faith.
Rush read Barbara Weller's press release on the air in its entirety on Monday.
I realize, really I do, that we aren't allowing someone to die. I was attempting to throw the irony on the way the MSM is reporting it, but using the wording.
apparently one of the things being brought out in court right now is about When (forgive me if name is wrong) lawyer Barbara Weller heard Terri say she wanted to live when they pulled the tube.. dunno if this will help or not considering the evil that is there.. plenty of connections and questions being raised.. just don't know if anyone in power will listen!
