Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

For the record, I voted for W. It was the first time in years that I had voted at all, I am ashamed to say. That is actually how little I believe in our government per se.
One flawed claim trying to support her "husband's" supposed care is, "She hasn't had a bedsore in 15 years"
99 percent of those in facilities do NOT have bedsores! It's illegal to not turn the patients or bathe them or examine their skin! Her good skin is expected, NOT unusual!
And this is NOT because of her husband doing the bathing and turning and dressing, but because of minimun wage nurses aides and the nurses supervising on every shift. He is trying to take glory that is not his, and his lies are still being spoken out across the nation through Satanic mouthpieces.

I'm glad you voted for W. The alternative is unthinkable. Were the same toss-up there even after this, I'd still vote for W. But I am going to begin working actively now for a party that upholds my values (which are American values) and which I hope will one day become a major party in American politics.
I was another message thread yesterday, and would you believe that the people against Terri are all saying that the kids weren't really arrested? It was all put on by the cops of Pinellas and the right-to-lifers for show.
UNBELIEVABLE! Why are people so ignorant of the truth? Oh Lord, let the blindfold be removed from those who do not see!
What did the Allied commanders expect the local civilians to do? Should the local civilians have protested? Would picketing have changed anything?
Most of the civilians heroes of WWII were people who DISOBEYED the law. And it wasn't just by peaceful protest. Was Jesus peaceful when He chased the money changers out of the temple with a whip?

In a press conference this week, Gov. Bush cited “new information” in the Terri Schiavo case that “raises serious concerns and warrants immediate action.” He then stated, “If there's any uncertainty, we should err on the side of protecting her. We're exhausting all executive options and continue to work with the Florida legislature to save Terri's life.”
One of those executive options is in the Florida Constitution, Article IV, Section 8, which gives the governor the power to "restore civil rights" and "commute punishment." This power cannot be controlled or obstructed by the judiciary.
Simply because of her physical disability, Terri Schiavo is being deprived of "the right to enjoy and defend life," guaranteed by Article I, Section 2, of the Florida Constitution. She has been given a death sentence without cause, and actually ordered to death.
Gov. Bush has stated publicly: “I am doing everything within my power to make sure that Terri is afforded at least the same right rights that criminals convicted of the most heinous crimes take for granted.”
By stating this, and his intent to “exhaust all executive options . . . to save Terri’s life,” Gov. Bush has publicly pledged to use the power granted him by the Florida Constitution to help Terri. Yet, Gov. Bush has not exercised his executive power under Article IV, Section 8, of the Florida Constitution, to restore Terri’s rights. His failure to so act will result in the death of Terri Schiavo. Does that not make him liable?

No, on a msm message sight. It was like being in the Lions Den. I was hoping to bring some evidence to sway hearts towards Terri. I nearly gave up hope, but did get one man to look at some of the facts and he changed his mind. Perhaps he will in turn help others to?
