Well, we do know that the supposedly prolife William Pryor of AL is on that court under recess appointment. But a three-judge panel will decide, and with Terri's luck of the draw, Pryor probably won't be on the panel.

That is why it is sick this Clinton appointed judge deliberately delayed 24 hours when everyone knew how he'd rule.

Yep, that is what made me so angry. He knew when he left that court room how he was going to rule, and so did everyone else. Yet, he waited so long to issue the ruling.

He files an affadavit as to her condition he examines her? Isn't that just as bad as the experts who claim she is PVS after spending only a short time examining her? He claimed she's NOT PVS, but hadn't examined her yet.

I presume the "he" you refer to is Dr. Hammesfahr. It is my recollection from reading Judge Greer's opinion that he WAS one of the 5 doctors who examined Terri as part of the trial.

Here's what i don't get:

Suppose she really is in a vegetative state, and every thing here husband has been saying for years is completely true, and the judge made the right decision. (None of which i believe). Say all this is true and Terri really wanted to die a dignified death.

Then why the hell don't they kill her?! Honestly, if that were my wishes, then fill me up with some chemical cocktail and be done with it. Why just make her starve for two weeks? What a horrible, painful, and long way to go. I refuse to believe, even if all else is true, that that is what Terri wanted.

Okay, someone please clarify about the "ruling." My understanding is that he has only, so far, ruled on a "motion" for injunctive relief and not the actual ruling on the case. Is that correct? If so... he is STILL holding out on making a determination.

>>>Do you think we'll ever know the total truth about Terri? About Michael<<

We will eventually find out the truth about him, one day if he and his common law wife get married and then divorced.

She will let it all out about him and how is really is and what he really said behind the scenes about Terry.
But by then the HE MAN WOMEN HATERS on here will say she is out for revenge and Michael is YET AGAIN THE VICTIM..

He stated on Fox last night that he spent a total of about 10 hours with Terri.

My husband has a problem doing business with any company that has a Florida address.

Florida is not the problem here; the MSM and these Judges are the problem. Judges are not suppose to make law, they are only suppose to interpret law and make decisions based on their interpretation of laws. They do not have the right to create law. They have the right to strike down a law that they consider against the constitution, but they should have to logically explain why they made the decision they did. Most Judges never worry about giving compelling explanations of their decisions, because they are not elected but appointed. All Judges should be elected just like politicians so they could be held accountable for their decisions.

I have read the published opinions in this matter. Have you?

Most of us probably haven't read the opinions...And since you've read them, fill us in...Is it that the doctors claim they can do nothing for Terri so she must die???

Or is it because her husband said she doesn't want to live in this state of incapacity so she must die??? I'll be she doesn't know she wants to die...I'll bet if you put a spoonful of food in her mouth, she wouldn't spit it out..

"It just galls me that this judge took so long to issue his flawed ruling."

I believe that was purposely done. The longer he took INSURED that his ruling would hold. There comes a point of NO RETURN when someone is being starved like this. He might have thought that EVEN if someone DOES overturn this, it maybe UNLIKELY that she would live if he dragged this out long enough. He's a shrewd one.

It would not surprise me if this case made it to the Supreme Court. And there they would have to move quickly(for a change). But, I don't have a clue how they would rule.

I do, I think they would be at least 7-2 in favor of MRS, maybe 9-0.

People ELECTED Clinton.

No, their need to be a Christian revival in this country.

OMG, you mean Michael is trying to become a serial killer? He has done this before to his own mother? He is a Kevorkian-style murderer? Please give me more details, as many as you are aware of. This is chilling news indeed.

Most of the FL judges are elected. Supreme Court judges there are first appointed, then ratified by voters thereafter. So electing judges is part of the problem, and appointing judges is part of the problem too.

we can agree to disagree.

I guess so, unless you can justify in some meaningful way why the court can make such a decision. Your post only said they could weigh the evidence to render a decision regarding guardianship. It did not say what evidence was weighed and how these judges arrived at their decision, so for the layman, your answer falls way short of the mark of explaining their action. And you expect others to simply agree?

My understanding is that he starved his mother to death also. So the second time around was tougher legally but he's used to it. No telling who is next.

Oh, yes, didn't you know? The popular Schiavo trio also starved/dehydrated BOTH of their parents but never said how much they collected for insurance, estate, etc.

Nurse,Carla, that took care of Terri on Laura Ingraham. "We found evidence of needle marks on Terri's, concealed insulin needle in the garbage". Michael obviously tired to kill her with the door closed and locked, he tried it five times, this is a law enforcement case, where is law enforcement?
