Those issues were why people listened to Hannity in the first place!!

It was the continuing revelations about Clinton crimes and associations with crime and corruption that made Sean Hannity, and all of a sudden, when GWB got nominated, Hannity's repetition of Limbaugh's favorite phrase...RULE OF LAW, ended the same day LIMBAUGH ended using the term, did you notice that?

Hannity just repeats what Rush Limbaugh talks about and even starts his show with Rush's finest points of the day with absolutely no accreditation to Limbaugh, Hannity acts like these are his ideas and his research.

I was just kidding about posting there. I wouldn't give his pay to post site a dime. My main reason? He, and the others are still selling the "Guest Worker Program". Anyone selling some crazy plan that would flood this country with even more wage depressing, standard of living lowering third worlders, is in no way getting tough on this issue.

Remember when Rush Limbaugh WAS making fun of FR? Remember the redneck picture he did of the average FR poster?

Yet now, I get the impression he does not hold the hick assumption of people who post here. (some of us are way overeducated.)

I would only say that given the number of pro hanity running threads that have popped up from time to time and the commentary he gets based on his kicking liberal buts. (like tonight when he totally exposed socialist liberal who threw chairs at army recruiters) Perhaps the staff he has on hand is very liberal and they want to keep him away from FR.

Rush is the Godfather of conservative radio and a brilliant marketer and have you ever heard him start his own discussion forum like FR? He knows no one can beat FR

Rush called Freepers kooks several years back. Not sure if he meant that Freepers were primarily kooks.

Rush has his bad days. Especially when predicting Hillary's political future.

All the shows and the media use FR as "show prep".

Rush admits it by referring to FReeper's names and threads, even occasionally posting a graphic from a FR post on his website.

Rush handles serious topics but keeps it in perspective and entertaining.

Sean Hannity now just appears to be reading FR thread titles and a short summary.

Savage does much the same while claiming he invented the word invention.

Sean's radio show does not "flow" like Rush's show does and there is not that genuine contact with the callers either - most of Sean's callers are mere throw-aways to him.

Sean's hit-job today was a well-planned "event" - listen to the audio again a few times.

The pauses, the inflection, the cadence.

Rehearsed like a hack insurance salesman.

Try encyclopedias Sean......

That's all true, but it would be a different story if today was the first time that he had ever expressed this complaint about his experience with "some" FReepers who engage in constant, quote: "..childish, immature personal attacks; the propensity on there to eat their own" and that in his opinion "FR seems to have been taken over by some fringe people".

He has made these observations about "some" FReepers before, and when he mentioned it to me in person, knowing that I am a FReeper, he was shaking his head in disgust while he spoke (This was years before he ever set up any chat forum of his own on his web site).

Now, I don't know what his "personal" experiences were with some of the FReepers he was referring to, but the negative experiences apparently greatly over-shadow the positive ones.

Then, too, if you had a radio show, would you feel like sending people to a web site where they would see people kicking you in the teeth??
