I quit listening to Hannity simply because I got sick of 50% of his show being shameless self promotion.

Now I will never return because he has taken to kicking a whole bunch of listeners in the teeth, for the purpose of self promotion.

On any one day, you can get pretty ticked, no matter your views. Jim has done a great job trying to keep balance without infringing on the flow, but some just don't get the message.

BTW, I just turned off the WABC feed for his show. I usually don't listen every day, but unfortunately, I was today and I heard enough.

I won't be hearing it again.

I have been tunning him out for about 2 years now. His idea of interviewing a person is to see how much more face time HE can get instead of the one he is interviewing,,, and how much more HE can jabber. He does really think it's all about HIM. This he calls an interview. Also, he talks as if he is altogether uneducated. Nothing EVER new or original in his thinking.

Oh, so I guess the point is that, now that he has established his own message board, he has to start promoting the hell out of that.

That's okay, Sean. Promote it all you want. If a thoughtful and funny group of people show up, your forum will be a success.

But isn't there room in the conservative universe for more than one discussion forum, yathink?

Is it really necessary to promote your own forum at the expense of what you, deep in your heart, know is a really great group of people dedicated to what's best for our country?

And P.S. - Just this morning I sent him an email about an article I saw here and noticed his new site, forum and all. I saw some link called "Flirty Flipper's Site" or some such nonsense and immediately recoiled in disgust. Gawd, I would never pay or contribute to a site that highlighted that idiotic and excruciatingly boring Flipper in any way.
