W looks and sounds frazzled and stressed to me. As much as I hate to say it, we aren't "firing on all cylinders" tonight like we were in the 2nd debate (where W crushed Skerry).
W better get it in gear. I'm 100%+ pro W, but he's getting killed, IMHO.
STYLE counts as much as substance here, and W needs to CALM. DOWN. and look Presidential.

Kerry's "Plan" sounds an awful lot like the Bush Plan.
Thats been their strategy the whole way, portray Bush's plan as their own. Its been pretty effective since Bush has no reason to criticize his own damn plan. The difference is that Bush plans to implement it and the Democrats have no plan whatsoever to implement it.
