Kerry Response: Prez blocks Canadian drugs and bulk purchasing in Medicare. Prez made it illegal for Medicare to bargain for lower prices. Drug companies make profits. Kerry scores with average Joe on this. Bush better respond.
Bush response: Slams Kerry on not reforming health care in his 20 year Senate record. SCOOORE! Bush said he was there for 3 years and did something.
Kerry: said he did sponsor but not always under his name. What? Bumbling fool.

Bush:
systemic problem CONSUMERS NOT INVOLVED (BINGO!) no market forces involved. plug for HSA plans. need for tort reform.need for modernization of health care. generic drugs to mkt quicker.
Kerry:
reason is, admin stands in way of importing drugs, medicare negotiate bulk purchasing, (does anyone know about this? email me) health care up b/c people are sicker.
Bush: 20 years in senate with NO RECORD at all of health care legislation
Kerry: I did do stuff, here is the number, and i wrote a bill on this
