Cheney notes he only has 30 seconds and recommends a website that has facts. Says "No substance to the charges".
Edwards says he's giving the facts, and proceeds to lay out his charges.

It's getting ugly. The look on Edward's face is the look that I had looking at my parents when I was 9 and got caught cheating on a test. I did time over my dad's knee. Symbolically true here!

BTW Breck Boy...Halliborton did VERY well in Bosnia with the contracts the CLINTOON Administration gave them! How about that???
