His thoughts are so disjointed.
At first, Edwards blinked constantly at Cheney- it looked like he was flirting with him.
But, now he's so rattled , he's getting nasty.
Cheney is cool and collected.
Mature, responsible, he owns this debate.

well known fact, it is the pin from the Outward Bound wilderness program won by his late son. His 16 yr old son was killed in a 1 car accident several years ago. his current young children are "round 2" after that loss.
Of course, I've always wondered how a responsible parent could buy their 16 yr old a sports car, then leave town so that the inexperienced teen ager was forced to drive several hundred miles alone to join his family on vacation. A trial lawyer might sue the parents for reckless endangerment and wrongful death, as well as grotesquely exploiting a dead child for political gain.
