PARIS If the world could cast a vote in the United States presidential election, John Kerry would beat George W. Bush by a landslide, according to a poll released on Wednesday that is described as the largest sample of global opinion on the race. . "It is absolutely clear that John Kerry would win handily if the people of the world could vote," said Steve Kull, director of The Program on International Policy Attitudes of the University of Maryland, a co-sponsor of the survey. "It is rather striking that just one in five people surveyed around the world support the re-election of President Bush."

Just goes to show that the world is largely socialist and stupid.

Poland may well prove to be America's best ally in the next couple decades.

"Poland may well prove to be America's best ally in the next couple decades."

Look for a public backlash out of Italy. They kidnapped Italian women and are now promising to slaughter our children. There is not one real Italian on the planet who's not going to react with a quiet need for violence to that threat. I get goosebumps every time I think of it...I'm half Italian. I am reacting. First there's speechlessness. Then the sense of irony kicks in...in tandem with the need to kill. Simply kill. No hate. Don't waste the passion. It would be too much anyway. Just kill. Kill them.

You DO NOT steal the wimmen and threaten the kids. Not ours. You just don't.

And then there's Russia.

I said before that when people make the decision to blow themselves up along with innocent civilians, shoot naked, fleeing children in the backs and blow up hospitals they are no longer human, they're cholera and need to be exterminated. Well, these two events, Russia and Italy, are the proof. How divorced from humanity do you have to be not to realize that threatening and/or murdering the women and children of free world is going to get a very NEGATIVE reaction from the world?

The Germans, French , Russians and the UN have been backing terrorism throughout the world and now they are paying the price.

Striking? It is NOT striking that 4 out of 5 people in the world hate the United States.

All this proves is what I know and most of you know--the world hates us, they are envious of us, they are jealous of us and that is why we should get out of the UN and should stop sending billions to people who will ALWAYS hate us.

I'm sure the world would also vote to dissolve the United States.

Kerry is a danger as a candidate. He is a disaster as a president. I will not live under UN rule ever.

I suspect that this poll is a barometer of how successful media indoctrination has been in the various nations.

It only proves that brain washing works and that the people of the nations listed are incapacitated when it comes to independent thought.

It is where the "one/new world order" syndrome is leading us.

The United States is the most powerful country on Earth in our time. A lot of non-US people feel that who YOU elect as the US President will have far more effects on his own country than the nation's leader (in case of democratic non-US countries) or that US is so powerful is the cause of their misery (for those living under authoritarian regimes, but who aren't that dissident enough to his leaders). These people don't voice their views out of altruism but they are working for their own nation's interests, which they often perceive to be in direct conflict with the national interests of your country. If the US were an inconsequential holiday (vacation) destination - a sort of more upscaled New Zealand - the figure might go half and half but then, who on earth would have cared much about the President of the United States then?

Unfortunately this is what life looks like. I like Bush and support his goals, and very often it is a thankless job that very, very few non-US people are willing to be grateful publicly. So, do your best for your country, and I'm looking forward to the evening on 3 November (our time), looking over news of Bush landslide and the stunned faces on the rest of the world (presumably including a majority of my neighbours). :-D
