Don't kid yourself. He hated the US as much as Chirac does.

Oh, my word Lady Thatcher is going west on their plane. How very wonderful especially since her medical team advised hernot to come at all!
May the Lord strengthen her in body, soul and spirit and grant her rest.

BTTT I agree completely. WOW! And though I just love our President, I was worried that he was speaking after Mulroony and Thatcher (I know he struggles a bit with speaking public sometimes) but he was EXCELLENT! I was so proud of him!

I think that will be later at the graveside funeral. Is this service being televised too, does anyone know?

Just saw a short glimpse of Mrs. Thatcher. It makes me realize the deep value of friendship. She is traveling at her own health's peril to honor a deep and abiding friendship.
It speaks volumes about both President Reagan, and Mrs. Thatcher.
It's a challenge to us all to be as invested in other lives.

I like Britt Hume, but cannot stand the way they add graphics all over the live images. MSNBC or CSPAN, even CNN was better for watching (not listening).

sheesh..can you imagine the arms on those soldiers to be holding that heavy casket for so long right now

Yes, the only misstep they've made today was inviting Ann Gerhart to be on the panel. I could have done without her. She is the author of a snide little book about Laura Bush, mercifully it didn't get very much atttention.

No joke.
Where are all the black vehicles going? Are they being loaded onto the airplane?

Woah- I didn't know there was anything snide to be said about Laura. How utterly without class.
