21 gun slaute
Just got back from our own ceremony and 21 gun salute here at Ft. Riley. Tried listening to the nationl service on the radio going there and coming back...got tired of the CBS radio guy interrupting over everything.
All the soldiers who took part seemed to do a great job--I'm not in the military so guess I don't know if they screwed up, but looked great to me. Very touching,a nd they all looked honored to take part in the services in some way. I thought the same thing about their arms getting tired!
