**Exclusive**
Democratic presidential frontrunner John Kerry is planning a response to a DRUDGE REPORT exclusive which first revealed the frantic behind-the-scenes drama surrounding a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry!
The nature and details of a claimed two-year relationship, beginning in the Spring of 2001, between a young woman and Kerry is at the center of serious investigations at several media outlets.
After being approached by a top news producer, the woman fled to Africa, where she remains, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
Unlike the Monica Lewinsky drama, which first played out publicly in this space, with audio tapes, cigar and a dress, the Kerry situation has posed a challange to reporters investigating the claims.
"There is no lawsuit testimony this time [like Clinton with Paula Jones]," a top source said Thursday night. "It is hard to prove."
A close friend of the woman first approached a reporter late last year claiming fantastic stories -- stories that now threaten to turn the race for the presidency on its head.
Kerry is scheduled to appear on IMUS IN THE MORNING on Friday. Later he is scheduled to join General Wesley Clark, who, in an off-the-record conversation with a dozen reporters earlier this week, plainly stated: "Kerry will implode over an intern issue."
Reporters who witnessed Clark making the stunning comments marvel at the General's reluctance to later confirm they were spoken -- only to later endorse Kerry for the nomination!

All the Democrat candidates, with the exception of Gephardt, are scrapping below the bottom of the barrel. Course I don't agree with Gep, but at least he isn't a full blown idiot. The only two with a lick of sense were Gephardt and Lieberman. Typical of the Dems to kill off their best candidates first.

I noticed that date too, an alleged 2 year affair that began in the Spring of 2001. Meaning it ended sometime around the spring of 2003.Now just when did Kerry decide for sure hew was going to run for president and did that have any bearing on the alleged affair ending?

WASHINGTON, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Sen. John F. Kerry, a Massachusetts Democrat, will undergo surgery Wednesday for early-stage prostate cancer that he insists won't impede his campaign for the 2004 Democratic presidential nomination.

Instead of shaking his finger at the camera and saying "I did not have sex with that cow, Miss Lewinsky......"
what will Kerry say?
"I am a man of 56, errrrrr, 57 varieties"?

I don't get the angst towards him on FR.He keeps using the phrase "Bush lied" about his Guard meetings?
Maybe he's joking and I'm too dense to "get it", but he sounds like he thinks Bush is a liar and I take exception to that.

I agree. It was curious that the Clinton team had members in each campaign. If the Clintons are behind this, Kerry has no chance. They will make sure that he does not win. Bill Clinton made the statement to the USA Today: "A lot of times things happen late in the race" which may or may not make a difference. "Look at the elections of the last 30 years. And ask yourself, is this election the same or different?" Sounds like he knew something was coming.

That timing is interesting, too.

You've gotta love Weasley Clerk. First he sets Kerry up with reporters, then he endorses J F'in' for President.
I just can't wait to see what dirt comes out on Edwards when and if he becomes the frontrunner.
The Reverend Al just may be the last man standing among all these pygmies....

All the evidence so far is that this scandal wasn't leaked by the GOP, but rather by Chris Lehane and the Democrats. That's not how it's being spun, however.

say...ain't kerry's WIFE originally from Africa? She's the daughter of a Portuguese doctor who was practicing medicine in Mozambique. Teresa was born in 1938 ... Kerry in December 1943.

Notice how many "people of color" are included in the group. Maybe one latino if you look close, but no blacks. The President's cabinet has more "diversity" than Kerry's interns.
Also, two-to-one ratio of women to men. Bubba would be drooling.

This ball of fun is just gettin' rollin'...Kerry is going to try and pull a CLinton. It may work with some Dems but they're going to be screwed. They have nothing that rises to the level of of distrust with the President.
Why would the clintons want to screw Kerry up? I don't get it?

Why would the clintons want to screw Kerry up? I don't get it? Mrs. Clinton wants to run in 2008.
