UPDATE FROM TERRI'S VIGIL SITE ON LOCATION... by floriduh voter and drk4the1: TERRI IS NOT BEING RE-HYDRATED AT MORTON PLANT HOSPITAL IN CLEARWATER, FL. The Governor's Office is under the impression and reporting that the procedure started at 7:07 pm. While it's being reported to the family attorney that she is not going to receive anything. A telephonic hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm est with Judge Douglas Baird re: Michael Schiavo's suit against Gov. Bush and his executive order of today. Additionally, Michael S. is disputing his removal as Terri's legal guardian. Anything helpful appreciated. Contact floriduh voter or the drk screen name. We are outside fighting the mosquitoes. H E L P !!!!!

See post #33. But apparently Schiavo and Felos have had their butts handed to them yet again by a judge. It doesn't seem to overcome whatever fear the hospital has over being sued though. I guess they are making constitutional decisions now too.

Even if she never recovers, I suspect a guardian ad litem would uncover evidence proving that the Schiavo Triumvirate all had criminal motive for causing her death.

I will be very surprised if that turns out not to be true!

I started at the beginning of the thread, not believing what I was reading... knowing that by the time I got to the end, in time to post a comment, that the confusion would have shaken out. Latest update....Delegate Bob Marshall from DC called the hospital and read them the riot act - literally. When he threatened to withold federal funding they tried to tell him they did not believe he was who he said he was - he told them in no uncertain terms "you will know tomorrow who I am!"...It is now 9:30 - and the IV has been inserted!
