UPDATE FROM TERRI'S VIGIL SITE ON LOCATION... by floriduh voter and drk4the1: TERRI IS NOT BEING RE-HYDRATED AT MORTON PLANT HOSPITAL IN CLEARWATER, FL. The Governor's Office is under the impression and reporting that the procedure started at 7:07 pm. While it's being reported to the family attorney that she is not going to receive anything. A telephonic hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm est with Judge Douglas Baird re: Michael Schiavo's suit against Gov. Bush and his executive order of today. Additionally, Michael S. is disputing his removal as Terri's legal guardian. Anything helpful appreciated. Contact floriduh voter or the drk screen name. We are outside fighting the mosquitoes. H E L P !!!!!

Not sure of the answer to that Mo, or even for sure that that is what's happening, but I am inclined to believe those on site who are in direct contact with Terri's family. The info about the letters from Felos was posted earlier, but I'm not sure which thread, but whether that is what the hospital is responding to I don't know.

This is just unbelievable. This isn't about carrying out the woman's wishes,. It is about so much more, and it stinks of corruption to the core of everyone involved in pushing for her death. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that much out. At this point, I think a case could be made that certaim lawyers, judges and lawmakers are in a PVS. Just appaling.

I will admit to my ignorance not having followed the details of this story. all of these posts about "she has evidence", what kind of medical prognosis does she have in the hopes of obtaining it, is it that everyone feels the husband injured her?

Latest update....Delegate Bob Marshall from DC called the hospital and read them the riot act - literally. When he threatened to withold federal funding they tried to tell him they did not believe he was who he said he was - he told them in no uncertain terms "you will know tomorrow who I am!"...It is now 9:30 - and the IV has been inserted!

IANAL, but if there was malfeasance in the management of her trust fund, whose discovery could only be prevented by the death of Terri before the appointment of a new guardian or guardian ad litem, that would seem to establish criminal motive for the attempts to kill her. And no statute of limitation problems on that one.
