UPDATE FROM TERRI'S VIGIL SITE ON LOCATION... by floriduh voter and drk4the1: TERRI IS NOT BEING RE-HYDRATED AT MORTON PLANT HOSPITAL IN CLEARWATER, FL. The Governor's Office is under the impression and reporting that the procedure started at 7:07 pm. While it's being reported to the family attorney that she is not going to receive anything. A telephonic hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm est with Judge Douglas Baird re: Michael Schiavo's suit against Gov. Bush and his executive order of today. Additionally, Michael S. is disputing his removal as Terri's legal guardian. Anything helpful appreciated. Contact floriduh voter or the drk screen name. We are outside fighting the mosquitoes. if you are not direct family, they normally won't tell anyone squat

In California, it's ILLEGAL for a doctor or medical facility to release any medical info (history, current procedures, etc.) about you to anyone- including your spouse!- unless you give written permission. You have to sign this paperwork when you go to the dr. to allow them to release info to your insurance company. Well, something like that.

This situation is tearing my heart out, and I am a thousand miles away from all of this, and not related in any way. God help the USA when we have come to this lowlife attitude about life! May God look down on Teri and show his love and his mercy toward her. May God give her strength to endure, and her parents as well. This is hard on me, so what is it doing to them?

Latest update....Delegate Bob Marshall from DC called the hospital and read them the riot act - literally. When he threatened to withold federal funding they tried to tell him they did not believe he was who he said he was - he told them in no uncertain terms "you will know tomorrow who I am!"...It is now 9:30 - and the IV has been inserted!

Even if she never recovers, I suspect a guardian ad litem would uncover evidence proving that the Schiavo Triumvirate all had criminal motive for causing her death.
