You can bet your sweet bippy that when she has a new guardian, he will file for divorce. But he won't get the LIFE INSURANCE money if or when she dies if he has divorced her.
He probably won't get ANY MORE of the REHABILITATION TRUST FUND either post-divorce since there is no way to predict how much of that will needed for rehab & long-term care.
Its hard to predict what the turd will do because he has an even bigger greedy turd for a lawyer Felos, who SHOULD BE DISBARRED! ( article)
Oh, and it sounds like the crooked Judge Greer gets to pick the next guardian... Greer sounds like he is already 'on the take' so naturally, he will pick a pro-death guardian.

Do you have a link to the actual statute? I heard elsewhere it specified that a guardian ad lib be appointed by someone OTHER than Judge Greer.

Although the original sentence is in fact written grammatically and semantically properly, I think we both misread it the first time. I think what it meant to say was:
You can bet your sweet bippy that when she has a new guardian ad litem, he (the guardian ad litem) will file for divorce on her behalf.
Does that seem reasonable?

Hi, phroebe- Welcome to Free Republic :-)
Thank you for your concern about Terri, like you, I couldn't beleive what I was reading- What the court was ordering to be done to her... But Thank God a stop has been put to it.
That being said, feel free to come by and visit us more often. We don't bite. We do occassionally "flame" each other, but it doesn't hurt. There is a great group of people here.

I don't know if anyone else has posted it. Here is the House vote, with links to emails. I'm more or less writing them individually (more like less), so that's why it's posted like this. I'll post the Senate later, unless someone else has. Thanks are in order for the yeas. For the nays, lay some freep on them.
YEA!

apostate Jesuit Priest on Nightline arguing for the starvation of Terri Schiavo. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I usually don't like Koppel, but he's the only mainstreamer I have heard mention how much the husband will inherit if Terri dies. Was I hearing things, or did this Jesuit say, "Well, we usually leave these matters up to the husband." I was speechless. I don't even wanna know what's in his closet.

I just saw this on CNN:
TALLAHASSEE, Florida (AP) -- In the Florida Senate, even some supporters of a bill that would keep a comatose woman alive were concerned about their actions.
"I keep on thinking 'What if Terri didn't really want this done at all?' May God have mercy on all of us," said Senate President Jim King, a Republican.
http://us.cnn.com/2003/LAW/10/21/comatose.woman.vote.ap/index.html Does anyone think that God would judge anyone here for fighting for life?

I know the results of the polls would indicate that after marriage women -change- and become more conservative, but that goes against all my life's experience that women beyond the age of 15 are incapable of change ;) Well that certainly makes sense, as males over the age of 10 aren't likely to change either. The toys just get more expensive.
Gotcha!

DOH! Late. Mind all mushy now.
My list has a couple of doubles. Hugh Gibson (R) voted YEA, Audrey Gibson (D) voted nay. I'm pretty sure that's it. Tom Anderson (R), of Pasco & Pinellas counties voted nay. Wonder who's been in his wallet...
