You can bet your sweet bippy that when she has a new guardian, he will file for divorce.

But he won't get the LIFE INSURANCE money if or when she dies if he has divorced her.

He probably won't get ANY MORE of the REHABILITATION TRUST FUND either post-divorce since there is no way to predict how much of that will needed for rehab & long-term care.

Its hard to predict what the turd will do because he has an even bigger greedy turd for a lawyer Felos, who SHOULD BE DISBARRED!   ( article)

Oh, and it sounds like the crooked Judge Greer gets to pick the next guardian... Greer sounds like he is already 'on the take' so naturally, he will pick a pro-death guardian.

Do you have a link to the actual statute? I heard elsewhere it specified that a guardian ad lib be appointed by someone OTHER than Judge Greer.

Although the original sentence is in fact written grammatically and semantically properly, I think we both misread it the first time. I think what it meant to say was:

You can bet your sweet bippy that when she has a new guardian ad litem, he (the guardian ad litem) will file for divorce on her behalf.
Does that seem reasonable?
