Oh, and it sounds like the crooked Judge Greer gets to pick the next guardian... Greer sounds like he is already 'on the take' so naturally, he will pick a pro-death guardian. Do you have a link to the actual statute? I heard elsewhere it specified that a guardian ad lib be appointed by someone OTHER than Judge Greer.
