His speech was carried by only C-SPAN & Fox News.
This guy exudes common sense.

Great speech with a couple of surprisingly funny lines. I don’t see him as president but I do think he has a valuable role to play.

I am an admirer of Dr. Carson.
However, I have never believed the presidency should be the first office you run for election.
Color me old fashioned if you like. But I still believe in working your way up and establishing a track record before running for the nation’s highest office.

This guy exudes common sense. Yes, also smart and popular.
But we are looking for a national leader, and he seems confused about the uncomplicated language of the 2d Amendment.

Very impressive man. He is a man of the people who is anti political careerists of either party. That is what we have been asking for. The establishment will seek to destroy him. We'll see how he fares.

I don't care who the candidate is, there is no way I vote for someone for President who has never held any elected office.
The presidency requires someone who doesn't need training wheels.

he seems confused The new euphemism for incremental gun control?
"Ontheissues.org says Carson said that you shouldn't be able to own semi-automatic weapons in large cities. Huh? That's idiotic.
Carson might be an ok guy, but he's absolutely not presidential material. Just because a man can spout a few pearls of wisdom doesn't mean he can run a country as screwed up as America. And I definitely wouldn't vote for anybody who would suggest that a certain class of Americans (city dwellers) should be denied their Constitutional rights.

He seems like a nice man.
But I cannot support a candidate who believes that Constitutional rights vary by Zip Code.

Nice guy. Admirable. But I don’t trust people who don’t eat meat.
