Dear Abba Father,
We are grateful You are always watching over us, protecting and guiding us. We recognize that only You have the power to do so in the right way. We love You Father God! Everything we are and have we owe to You, Jesus Christ our Creator. Great praises and songs of marvel and worship for You, our greatest hero, shepherd and King! We give thanks for Your provision, health and our godly leaders. We give thanks that You are trustworthy! Worthy! Only You are completely holy and deserve all praise and glory. Thank You for always keeping Your promises and being here for us.
We pray, Father God, for America's repentance and revival. We understand the consequences You allow upon us as a nation that's turned its back on You. We have lifted pride up in Your place and became arrogant; full of self-righteousness and moral subjectivity--A wayward nation that sanctions abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism, destruction of the family and rebellion against Your plan is a nation run by little gods. In spite of that, we thank You for giving us a short reprieve with President Trump. Yes he is an imperfect human being (like us all), but we realize You spared his life for a reason. May we use this reprieve wisely and call upon YOUR HOLY NAME for repentance and healing, as only You can do. We pray for Americans to claim the LIFE and the VICTORY of our Savior! We thank You, Lord Jesus, for selflessly laying down Your life out of pure Love, as a sacrifice to pay for our many sins, though we don't deserve it. Thank You for providing a way out of eternal destruction and death. ...

We know Your heart grieves so much more. Like spoiled children, we take so many of Your blessings for granted. In this late time of the church age we can see signs of the coming antichrist falling into place--we see it coming faster and faster. So many people who should know better have chosen destruction and death in rebellion to spend eternity in torment apart from You. We grieve our spiritual ignorance and disobedience; You grieve that loss of Your beloved creation. Abba Father, Your faithful remnant prays (PRAY HARD):
* For the eradication of taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood, and their eventual closing--sooner than later.
* For the end of taxpayer-funded exportation of evil around the world by globalists: Abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism, fornication, human trafficking, debased entertainment, crime, neo-paganism, neo-Marxism, etc.
* For the end of taxpayer-funded mutilation in the name of transgenderism, especially against children.
* For the end of pornography and other filth in our children's schools. The TAXPAYERS are the rightful stewards of SCHOOLS.
* For the end of genocide around the world, against the preborn and in all nations.
* For the end of legalized euthanization, abortion and counterfeit marriage.
* For the end of war, rioting and destruction of cities around the world.
* For special blessings for the poor and oppressed groups around the world.
* For the safe return of illegal aliens and their families to their home countries.
* For the safety of our law enforcement officers and military around the world.
* For the end of males in female sports and locker rooms.
* For complete failure and collapse of "Pride Month."
* For the repentance and salvation for those trapped in the bondage of perversion of all types.
* For the exposure of and end to all cults and apostate churches that blaspheme the Name of Jesus Christ.
Father God, we give thanks for the young generation Z where many of them are realizing that they want life with You, rejecting the injustice and failed way of the world. We give thanks for all the damage in America reversed thus far with President Trump.
Also Father God, a special prayer for blessing of Free Republic, for Jim Robinson and his family, for successful fundraising this quarter, and for each Freeper who posts here. May we all remember the purpose for this site is to unite and fight for America, rather than attack each other and tear people down. May our posts HONOR you, Abba Father--may our speech here be uplifting and inspire many to find peace in Your Name rather than strife. ...

What a marvelous Father You are! Loving King and merciful Judge, You are powerful and capable of totally wiping out all evil in this rebellious world with just the Truthful sword Your Word, yet amazingly You hold back for Your children’s sake, and for the lost You patiently wait for them to cry out Your Name!
Full of grace, You grant all chance upon chance to repent of sin and come to You for redemption. We live in a dying world full of rebellion, delusion, evil and death all around, yet You protect and provide for us, undeservedly. There is no greater Mercy and Love than Yours!

Heavenly Father, I lift up the Prime Minster of Israel and the whole Knesset, knowing that the Jewish nation are Your people and that the world at large seems to be turning their back on Israel as a nation, as prophesized in Your Word.
Give those in government the wisdom to make the right decisions and protect them I pray, from those that would seek their destruction. Lord, I pray that many in the government would seek Your face and prepare the nation to turn back to You as the only true God and only Protector of their nation, land and people.
I ask that You would continue to bless Your people with an understanding of the times, and I pray that many will come to hear the gospel and turn to Christ as their Messiah and Savior.
Protect the government, those that are in the armed forces and those that are living in vulnerable places in the land and I pray for that day when Israel as a nation will turn back to seek Your face and come to recognize Jesus Christ as their God and Savior. Father, I pray for the day when peace comes at last to that land, when Christ returns in power and great glory to set up his kingdom and I plead that many will come to recognize Who Jesus is and to trust Him as Savior. I’ve been doing some reading...
Joking is an interesting topic and difficult to paint with one broad brush. Biblically speaking, joking itself is not regarded as sin, although in some instances, it certainly can be. Proverbs 18:21 tells us that “the tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” James 3:3-12 compares the tongue to a bit in a horse’s mouth, a ship’s rudder, and a fire. The tongue is a powerful thing, and words can either bring great life or great hurt. There are ways to joke that edify. “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones” (Proverbs 17:22). The Psalms are full of references to laughter, which is what good joking produces. But there is also a way to joke that is demeaning and harmful, and we are called to “not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen” (Ephesians 4:29).
Our words should always honor God and communicate that we value that which He has made. The best way to know whether our joking is bordering on the sinful is to seek the Holy Spirit and ask for His conviction. He can make us sensitive to when a joke is appropriate and when it may not be. If there is any doubt in our minds, or if our consciences are being pricked by our joking, it is probably best to forego it. There is also the issue of making others stumble, which we can easily do with jokes that we may feel are perfectly innocent, but which others see as offensive or hurtful. Our liberty should never be exercised at the expense of another’s conscience (Romans 14:13-17).
Occasional jokes and jesting, if they are appropriate, are probably for the most part innocent. But there are those who make jokes so often that they can hardly say a sentence without it containing a joke of some sort. This is hardly the most appropriate lifestyle for a Christian, however, as we are told to “live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world” (Titus 2:12). As with all “gray areas” in the Christian life, seeking God’s wisdom regarding our speech is the most profitable way to go (James 1:5).
