What do a BDSM expert from a clinic providing trans surgeries and representatives from organizations that help facilitate gender transitions have in common?
They were scheduled to speak at a California high school during a recent week of events supporting LGBTQ students, Susan Crabtree at RealClearPolitics reports.
And this will shock you – parents were not notified beforehand.

Sage Creek High School in Carlsbad, California. This is just north of San Diego.
These are all political activities and no government school should have any part of them.
Government schools cannot take political positions and if they do they are not institutions of all the people, just some.

You spelled GOVERNMENT INDOCTRINATION CENTERS wrong.
How does one become a BDSM “expert”?
Is that a certificate program or ... ?
If only we had a law making it FELONY CHILD ABUSE with immediate removal of all minor children from the family home for any public employee or officer of the court to send their minor children anywhere except the public school in their area for their Primary Education
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
“parents were not notified beforehand.“
Close the public schools.
Parents weren’t notified? How could that be? The schools always have the student’s, parent’s and family’s best interest at heart.
It’s just south of Oceanside where the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base is located. I thought that Carlsbad, Oceanside, Escondido, etc were pretty conservative. But my personal experience there goes back 50 years and times have changed.
I was not political in those days but remember President Reagan had a lot of support in that area.
In fact, Reagan carried California in 1984 with nearly 60% of the vote, which is unimaginable from today's perspective.
I started up the new boiler system at the Camp’s then- brand new hospital in 1974. Spent a couple weeks on the base. It was a very nice part of CA back then.
Then the megalopolis from San Diego to Los Angeles happened. Back in the 70s, you would drive through open spaces between the two cities. No longer.
I like the USA better when there were “only” 150 million people in the country.
“And this will shock you – parents were not notified beforehand.”
Somehow, knowing this is CA, it doesn’t surprise me.
One of N reasons (where N is one of Cantor’s infinities - yes, there are many) to leave the least culturally developed state in the union.

While at it, how about advertising for euthanasia pods in high-schools?

I’m sure there are a lot of high school kids that feel they shouldn’t be around any longer.

Saw something hilarious today. Pete Buttigieg is rolling out his 2028 presidential campaign feelers. The Democrats lost the young white male demographic. His approach to getting them back will be telling them that the Republicans plan on banning porn and gay marriage. (No, I didn’t make this up. I’m not that creative.)
You also won’t be able to get a divorce if a Republican wins. Sounds like we all better get behind Petey Buttplug.
