You'd think someone as smart as Yoko Ono who lived through Watergate would have learned the most important lesson the scandal taught all of us: the coverup is always worse than the crime. But, if several reports are to be believed, she didn't and has for years been keeping secrets from all of us about her late husband.

I think the blank canvas thing has been done too, probably where she got the idea.
I have heard that and i will give her that; however; she is a control freak. and probably would have gotten a lot of blood from John’s turnip.
She pulled him away from his roots but in the end he returned...and she wasn’t happy about that change...
I heard the same and also heard she got a kick out of beating the businessmen, who at first were rather condescending towards her, at their own game.
Could have been one stage on the way. Given the distance he came it may not have been the final one had he lived.
But if Yoko knew it and kept it from us for the last 30 years, surely that would be a crime against the truth from a woman whose family motto was: "All I want is the truth. Just give me some truth"
I thought that was Tom Cruise's motto.
But in real life, he didn't think we could handle it.
I've always had my suspicions, John had an affair a few years before, the album was just out, perhaps Yoko sensed John's turn politically, just saying, if there was a best possible time for Yoko's sake to have John killed, it would have been right at that time.
Well, she married him and had a kid by him - that usually entitles you to all the guy’s money. But he had to support his older son, too, as well. And pay alimony to Cynthia.
But no doubt, he brought all the money into the family.
” . . . . . . . . . . . . . “
LOL. perfect for a politician. You can fill in the blanks to believe what you want to hear. Wait ... that has already happened. :)
I’ll have that.
Don’t shoot the messanger, but I am in the midst of reading a book about purgatory called “Get Us Out of Here!” about a woman named Maria Simma by Nicky Eltz who has had poor souls appear to her and one of those (page 44) said Lennon was in heaven. i don’t want to defend the very interesting book but I was surprised to see this article here today.
If it’s true.
I’ll believe it when I see him on the streets of gold. But I hope it is.
He did a lot of harm in the world in his life
Lennon was a true talent. If only he had never written that awful song “Imagine” he would be a 10, but I can only give him an 8.5.
Was he sincere in his search for spirituality? Aren’t most spirits from hell? Doesn’t God make commands against nseeking the advice of mediums, and resorting to necromancy?
Spirits all.
I think Yoko was a female version of "Colonel" Tom Parker. Smart businesswoman, bordering on a con artist.
It sort of makes sense - Brian Epstein dies and John replaces him with Yoko.
I think the fact he considered Christianity at all given the attitude of the world he lived in is testament to his sincerity.
I imagine she managed it.
Yoko was not much appreciated by any of Lennon’s friends. She was seen as mentally abusive of him. Looks like she was spiritually abusive of him, too. It would stand to reason that after a walk on the witchy side with Yoko, he would move back to his spiritual roots as he matured.
For a lot of Christians introduced to the occult, it is very exciting at first. For people born and raised Christian, Jesus in their Spirit is a normal state of being. When they flirt with occultism, the spirit of evil which is presented to them as good, can be felt and noticed. It’s exciting. Until it is not. After they get back in touch with the spirit of God, then that is exciting and new, until it’s not. These folks seek a spiritual fix like an addict seeks heroine.
