I want to say Thank you Holy Lord!
My hubby (Netmilsdad) wiped out on his motorcycle today. He was on a very busy street (five lanes on both sides).
Through the Grace of God, he has only a broken collar bone. He could have died, been run over, paralyzed, head trauma, ect. He is fine. A painful fine, but fine.
Wear your helmets!
There are no airbags with motorcycles. You must wear your helmet to even have a chance of surviving.
I’m glad he’s okay. The sling won’t be too bad, but he won’t be using his cycle for a few weeks.
Best regards to all involved!
Prayers of thanksgiving being sent.
As a daily rider I empathize!
Glad he was OK.
Glad he’s ok!!!
Thank the good Lord!
I ride a motorcycle as well, and the last thing I’d want is to have an accident on it. Glad he’ll be OK.
Praise the Good Lord!
My prayers of thanksgiving and further blessing will go out for you.
Praise God.
Dress for the slide, not the ride. Boots, gloves, helmet, and leather jacket with at least jeans. If it’s too hot to wear safety gear, then take your car and use the A/C.
Thank God he’s okay!
He’s gonna be sore for a while...will pray for a speedy recovery for him.
Glad he’s okay!
glad to hear he’s ok! my brother broke his collarbone while riding his dirtbike. middleaged nutball thought he could still go off a jump....
Luck favors sailors, . . . and occasionally the motorcyclist.
Please get him to give it up.
Glad to hear he will be OK.
Broke mine when I was fourteen
Getting the bone set was a good deal more painful than breaking it.
I did a header over my bicycle handlebars on the road coincidentally. I too was fortunate enough to not be run over.
My sympathies to your husband and wishes for his quick recovery.
There is a reason that doctors and nurses call them “donorcycles.”
Looks like the guardian angel was on alert on this one (thank God)!
Glad to hear he is OK. In addition to a helmet I recommend wearing a armorer jacket and pants.
A armored jacket save me from a bad case of road rash. Too bad at that time I did not have a pair of armored pants. My knee has the scars.
Get him off that darn bike! Everybody I know who rides has these kinds of accidents and often more than once. Buy him a guitar. It’s safer, cheaper, and a lot less noisy.
parsy, the busybody
Thank goodness.
I know Parsy, I said the same thing.
And told my girls that they will never ride with him on that thing until my last breath.
