Proclamation of Amnesty and Pardon Granted to
All Persons of European Descent

Whereas, Europeans kept my forebears in bondage some three centuries toiling without pay,

Whereas, Europeans ignored the human rights pledges of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution,

Whereas, the Emancipation Proclamation, the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments meant little more than empty words,

Therefore, Americans of European ancestry are guilty of great crimes against my ancestors and their progeny.

But, in the recognition Europeans themselves have been victims of various and sundry human rights violations to wit: the Norman Conquest, the Irish Potato Famine, Decline of the Hapsburg Dynasty, Napoleonic and Czarist adventurism, and gratuitous insults and speculations about the intelligence of Europeans of Polish descent,

I, Walter E. Williams, do declare full and general amnesty and pardon to all persons of European ancestry, for both their own grievances, and those of their forebears, against my people.

Therefore, from this day forward Americans of European ancestry can stand straight and proud knowing they are without guilt and thus obliged not to act like damn fools in their relationships with Americans of African ancestry.

Walter E. Williams, Gracious and Generous Grantor

Dr. Williams mentioned this amnesty certificate on Rush's show today. Suitable for framing, forwarding to racebaiters, or friends and fellow equal-opportunists. A welcome gift for every tongue-tied gentleman and lady GOP member who's tired of being bullied and slandered by the spoiled and unaccountable far-left wing of the DNC-press.

Doctor of Laws from Washington and Jefferson College.

Huh! I'm a W&J grad, and I didn't know they ever offered such a degree.

Ken Hamblin (hamblin.com) used to have something almost identical. You could enter your name and it would produce a personalized certificate that you could print out and frame. I don't know if he still has it though. I think it was called a Certificate of Absolution...

Walter Williams is really amusing when he substitues for Rush. I particularly like the segments he shares with Thomas Sowell.
They can discuss race issues in a way that no white ever would dare.
But I also like their viewpoints on the economy. Sowell's book "Basic Economics" is probably the best I ever read on the subject.

Thanks for posting this.
Dr. Walter Williams is my favorite guest host for Rush ... I immensely enjoy his dialogue and his humor. I learn from Dr. Williams and I laugh with Dr. Williams ... and that is a great combination.
Wish Dr. Williams sat in for Rush more often .....

Dr Sowell's Basic Economics is a great read. I've got another of his books ('Vision of the Anointed') on order. I'll be sending Basic Economics to a socialist friend as a gift. ;^) I believe Sowell has also filled in for Rush from time to time. Both men are a class act.

I LOVE the Walter Williams show. I wish he'd not let Rushbo fill in for him so much! I can't stand that windbag!

That's another great book! He has a new one, a collection of essays, that I might buy. I'm not sure about the Essays, but don't miss "Visions of the Anointed" or "Basic Economics". I wish we could make every voter read these two books.

I remember that. You could print out the Certificate of Absolution after entering a name and chossing from a list of things to be absolved from, the first of which was "White Guilt".
