This truly is an answer to our many, many prayers.

I thank you Lord Jesus for blessing our leader George W. Bush, a man who follows in David's footsteps, patiently waiting on and trusting in You!

I thank you for seeing us all through this horrible time of evil; the Islamic terrorist threat and our sinful domestic swarray into cultural darkness.

I am so deeply encouraged to see that so many people voted to turn the tables on these whose delight was so bent on ignoring your will and obstructing the people's will because they thought they knew best.

Thank you God so much, and I pray that the Republicans might now be true to this victorious mandate and please you in all their actions.

Credit where credit is due. If there is any hope for the Republic it lies in God and His mercy and grace.

It was notable how many Pub victors first gave clear credit to God, while the few Dem victors I saw made jokes at the expense of the defeated Pubs (Lautenberg: "[Forrester] is one of my constituents now") amidst supportive boos from the floor. Another indication of the overtly crass nature of the Dem Party.

It quite seems the Lord is giving America another chance, and the Church more time to do its work. Now, back to our posts; the challenges looming ahead will not delay.

I say Amen and Hallelujah.... Now I just ask all of the citizens of Maryland that agree with me to write to your representatives (especially Gov. Ehrlic, don't ya love the sound of that???) and request (loudly if necessary) that he take back that millions of lottery dollars that has been designated for the Stadium Authority (see Lottery website if you need further information) and put it back into our schools systems, emergency services, and/or roads. And, also to make sure if Maryland votes for slots that they be contained ONLY at the race courses.

Thank you God for all your blessings. Although I live in California...the good man (Bill Simon) almost won, and this is satisfaction enough. I know you are watching over him and his family God, and I know he will come back and serve our state as a legislator in some capacity. Thank you God for being there, for giving us a Republican majority. You have blessed our nation. Thank you God for the South, and southerners, they have once again helped our nation, thank you for all the northerners who voted with a capital R, they have saved our nation.

As Saundra Duffy said "God is a Republican"..."God is an American" (another quote, that one by David Bowie), and I do believe that is true. Thank you God for blessing us, and giving us our daily bread, and something to be grateful for and happy about today. It's a miracle.
