I don't know who Bob is and I'm unfamiliar with his posting history, but it could be that he's merely suggesting caution. I want to see Lemon getting his mugshot taken too but we've seen it all too often, when leftists especially celebrities get off with not even a slap on the wrists. This could be another one of those times.

In this situation, it's better to expect the worst and then be wildly surprised when the best happens instead.

That’s a true statement, Bondi reminds me of Dan Bongino, while a civilian, appearing on Fox News she came off as a no nonsense tough on crime prosecutor and had the credentials having been AG in Florida for 8 years. Then when given the top job at the DOJ her actions have been timid to say the least.
