The Philadelphia Eagles will be heading to the White House at the invitation of President Donald Trump to celebrate their Super Bowl LIX victory over the Kansas City Chiefs last month.
"We sent the invite and they enthusiastically accepted. We are working with them to determine a date and logistics," a White House official told Fox News Digital.

A difference between Trump and Harris is that if Jalen asks the prez if he wants to pray with him, Trump won’t call Jalen a Christian nationalist.
For love of Country...and the World of Sports which has always been a big part of Trump's life.
Should invite both teams
yes ... everyone should get a trophy </ sarc>
Lots of NFL players getting overpaid is in the news, although ex-Bear QB Fields going from Steelers to Jets is not necessarily an example.
With some teams at least (such as my Texans, but probably, a lot more), I have seen a welcome change such as players gathering to pray on the field after a game.
Eagles coach Nick Sirianni is also a man of faith
I’ve heard that. I bring up Jalen because he was on Bama’s 2017 national championship team, which visited Trump in early 2018. Some of those Christian players said they asked Trump if he wanted to pray with them, and he did.
With a team name like the Philadelphia Eagles, I am sure glad they have accepted the invitation to the White House.
Maybe I’ll become an Eagles fan.

The other day O’Rielly said the reason the players no longer kneel during the National Anthem is because the owners laid down the law to them that they’d be fired if they did. I don’t know.
lol, just think it would be cool
I know if your not first your last😂
I am a big college wrestling fan. When wrestlers are interviewed following a big win, over half of them give thanks to The Lord first. It really is uplifting to see the young men put their faith above all else.
I’m not holding my breath for this to start happening at the Oscars or Academy Awards.
NCAA tournament starts next Thursday.

I’ve seen a flurry of social media posts trying to embarrass
Trump, saying the Eagles had refused to go to the White House
because he was president.
