President Joseph Biden can't be prosecuted because he is an elderly man who can't remember he's president, that he was vice-president.
Yes, time to consider and demand the 25th amendment be exercised.

25th amendment was a Pelosi contingency. There is no reason at this point, with election season just getting into full swing, for the GOP house to try to invoke 25th amendment. Better to pursue the impeachment route, knowing that the senate will not convict, but documenting the crimes on congressional record. Give him the historical legacy he deserves.
Biden will continue to drivel incoherent sentences. We are better off taking our chances running against Biden.
Why not? If he has such diminished capacity that he can’t be charged and convicted, how can he be president?! Isn’t this why the 25th was enacted?
It’ll never happen...it involves the Cabinet.
My view has always been that Biden would limp along through the Democrat convention, then suddenly become old and senile and be replaced at the last minute by Michelle Obama who might sail to fraudulent victory on the joyous possibility of being the first black female president.
But ... if Joe if pushed out now, then Kamala becomes president. Basically, the first black female president. So, what happens to the campaign then? What happens at the convention? Would Michelle mean anything at all?
I’ve always scoffed at Newsom (does anyone like him?) but maybe he could become a viable replacement for Kamala.
We all know the conviction on impeachment will NEVER happen in the Senate. However, documenting every last crime, perversion, graft, corruption and just plain stupidity could be more damaging to Democrats because SO DAMN MANY were willing accomplices. EXPOSE AND BURN THEM ALL!!!
