Governor Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) said Wednesday on Fox Business Network’s “Mornings with Maria” that Republicans must embrace early voting.
Anchor Maria Bartiromo said, “You are also urging Republicans take advantage of early voting. Talk to us about the Secure Your Vote Initiative how early voting could impact the election.”
Youngkin said, “Well we have, we have our midterms this year huge elections entire House entire Senate up. I believe it is the most important election in America. The reason is that we can demonstrate in 24 short months that a state with completely controlled by liberal left can in fact change direction, with our statewide sweep back in 2021. Now we need to have told our House flip our Senate. At heart of it is getting Republicans off the sidelines, making a plan to vote early.”

Its called Election Day for a reason not election month
A system rigged against you does not get unrigged in your favor.
Then work to change the laws.
But as long as early voting, mail-in voting, ballot harvesting, etc. exists, we are only hobbling ourselves by not taking full advantage of it.
Youngkin is exactly right.
No, we must all embrace Election DAY. One day to vote. Votes counted that day. Special absentee cases can be accounted for on an exception basis.
Election SEASON is our downfall. The Dems exploit it because they are cheating, conniving, fraudulent bastards.
Besides, the argument over early voting is moot. That was the last war. We need to figure out their new cheating methods and stop those, not refight the last war.
This is just a slogan.
Adapt or die.
It’s not a question of making “every vote count.” It’s making sure they DON’T COUNT ballots that aren’t votes.

Fraud is the downside. On the other hand they can pull Election Day surprises like broken voting machines and various glitches as they did in Maricopa county in 2022. People waited hours in line in GoP heavy areas and returned home without voting.

elections have been cheapened and poisoned by fake “civil rights” rhetoric of the Left and cheap consumersim, to the point where Americans think elections are just like going to Burger King or shopping at Target.
Its a fake, consumerist fantasy of choice, with zero responsibility.

- Mail-in ballots only for overseas deployed military, must be rec’d 2 weeks before election
- Registration closes 2 weeks before election
- Voter rolls purged every 10 years.
But if we vote early, that gives the RATS time to dump a bunch of our votes and make sure they have the extras ballots made out to defeat the Republican.

The method of voting isn’t the issue, it’s who is counting the votes that’s the issue.
Totally agree. One day, paper ballot, voter ID. That is a tough system to game.

I do agree one thing I don’t like about early voting, is that you get a situation like in Pennsylvania, where Fetterman fell apart, but only after many had already cast their votes for him.
Oz would be a Senator today, if voting was on one day. I’m convinced of that.
How about counting EVERY LEGAL VOTE?
