Michael Cohen claimed he was not reimbursed by Donald Trump or his organization for hush money payments to porn actress Stormy Daniels in a 2018 letter to federal authorities, contradicting his recent grand jury testimony,

The bombshell document, exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, could throw a wrench in the works of prosecutors pursuing criminal charges against Trump over the payments.

Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer and the star witness in the case over which Trump reportedly faces imminent arrest, claims that Trump got him to pay $130,000 to Daniels to keep her quiet about her alleged affair with the real estate mogul, just days before the 2016 presidential election.

A WRITTEN Statement to the Feds is contrary to his GJ testimony.

And Bragg has this document.

Did he show it to the Grand Jury?

If not, hell's a comin'.

They have a slam dunk perjury case against Michael Cohen. But somehow I don’t think that will make them happy.

How is it that GJ testimony and evidence is being circulated in public. Is Bragg doing the leaking? If so, he should be prosecuted.

If there was ever a crime, which there isn’t, the statute of limitations has passed.

This is theater of the absurd.

If the Bar wasn’t a bunch of commie pigs Bragg would be disbarred. He should be tied to the front of a bus and driven into a wall.

By whom? The NY state Atty. General who ran on a platform of ‘getting Trump and his family’?

What if Trump did reimburse him? Where is the crime?

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

Wow, look what was just found—A Letter from Cohen’s Lawyer to the Federal Election Commission. This is totally exculpatory, and must end the Manhattan District Attorney’s Witch Hunt, immediately. Cohen admits that he did it himself. The D.A. should get on with prosecuting violent criminals, so people can walk down the sidewalks of New York without being murdered!

“How is it that GJ testimony and evidence is being circulated in public. Is Bragg doing the leaking? If so, he should be prosecuted.”

It wasn’t leaked. Cohen’s lawyer, whom lawyer client privilege had been waved, made it available to the a$$ hole prosecutor who then refused to show it to the Jury.

They just lost this latest effort. Have to move on to “get” him some other way. And if they don’t prosecute the leaker, it’s proof that this is a politicized DA’s office. Leaking Grand Jury testimony is a felony. If Bragg’s involved, there could be a disbarment in his future.

So then how do we know what Cohen said in front of the GJ. We can guess, but “appears to fly in the face of the star witness’ grand jury testimony” appears to be disclosing the testimony.

A lot of Republican’s are mis-interpreting the letter. Cohen did not pay $135k of his own money out of the goodness of his heart; he did it because he expected (and was) reimbursed by Trump. The letter can absolutely be used to prove that Cohen perjured himself, but it doesn’t exonerate Trump.

(The statute of limitations and the ridiculousness of which account the money came from does exonerate Trump)

Bragg withheld 600 pages of exculpatory evidence. They should arrest him for misconduct. His attorney (Costello) said that he asked him where he got the $130,000 from and he told him that he had taken out a helicopter on his property.

Both of them, and the Grand Jury members should be investigated individually, especially their bank accounts.

“So then how do we know what Cohen said in front of the GJ.”

We don’t. But we know Brags had the letter along with 300 plus letters. Brags got them but they all were supposedly made public as well. I watched the press conference made by Cohen’s lawyer.

Does anyone else find it painfully ironic that President Trump - for years the star of The Apprentice - the whole point of the show was supposedly how great he was at hiring and firing people to run his businesses - actually hired this clown Cohen - was on retainer for years?

Remember Trump also hired

John Bolton
Mike Pence
Anthony Scaramuchi
“Mad dog” (lol) Mattis
Omarosa
Rex Tillerson
Nikki Haley
Jeff Sessions
Reince Priebus

Those are just off the top of my head.

Also here’s a list of people he inherited, but should have immediately fired, but didn’t (not a comprehensive list)

Anthony Fauci

Let’s hope he does a little better when he gets re-elected.
