It wasn’t leaked. Cohen’s lawyer, whom lawyer client privilege had been waved, made it available to the a$$ hole prosecutor who then refused to show it to the Jury.
So then how do we know what Cohen said in front of the GJ. We can guess, but “appears to fly in the face of the star witness’ grand jury testimony” appears to be disclosing the testimony.
This letter aside, the DAs office has leaked plenty of things this entire time.
