Does anyone else find it painfully ironic that President Trump - for years the star of The Apprentice - the whole point of the show was supposedly how great he was at hiring and firing people to run his businesses - actually hired this clown Cohen - was on retainer for years?
Remember Trump also hired
John Bolton
Mike Pence
Anthony Scaramuchi
“Mad dog” (lol) Mattis
Omarosa
Rex Tillerson
Nikki Haley
Jeff Sessions
Reince Priebus
Those are just off the top of my head.
Also here’s a list of people he inherited, but should have immediately fired, but didn’t (not a comprehensive list)
Anthony Fauci
Let’s hope he does a little better when he gets re-elected.
Okay bot.
My theory is that Trump brings both the best and the worst from those who work for him.

Fauci was a Civil Service employee. Do you have any idea at all of how hard it is to get a Civil Service employee canned? I do firsthand. It is nigh on impossible. You have to be an ax murderer to get fired.
And how many of those people were forced upon Trump by the likes of cocaine mitch, rino ryan, reince pubert/rona mcromney?
You know the whole “We’re Washington insiders, and you WILL hire only those that WE approve or your policies are DOA.”
And of those who were supposedly “outsiders”, how many were corrupted/extorted/blackmailed by the likes of cocaine mitch, etc?

And.. Christopher Wray, Bill Barr…
I’m a very enthusiastic Trump supporter, but I agree with you, AC. Trump certainly seems to have bad judgment in choosing counselors. He seems not to be a good judge of character. He has good judgment in most other ways. I don’t understand this.
Did you foresee that Sessions was going to recuse himself? I didn’t. Rosenstein and company pulled a professional con job on Sessions, who pretty much walked in from the Alabama cotton fields and “respected” Rosenstein too much.
