The incidents come to light via a federal memo following a deliberate attack last week in Moore County, North Carolina, that left tens of thousands of people without power for days as seasonal temperatures fall.
In Washington state and Oregon, spokespeople for several energy companies - Puget Sound Energy, the Cowlitz County Public Utilities District and Bonneville Power Administration - confirmed the attacks occurred in November.
A federal law enforcement memo revealed that the Pacific Northwest substations have described attacks using 'handtools, arson, firearms, and metal chains possibly in response to an online call for attacks on critical infrastructure.'

I actually saw trail of attempted destruction of 3 wheat fields at harvest time 10 years ago. Someone driving down road and setting one after another. (not major highway)
A week later I went to a farm show, the FBI had a booth there. I told them about it. They told me it sounded like Earth Liberation Front. It is more common up in the NW part of the USA.

I did not see the vehicle, I saw the trail of fires set about a mile apart. All were put out by locals. If it had been a windy day it could have been really bad. Other factor, It was on the West side of the highway, prevailing winds locally come from the South West to the North East.
But they did try.
The road is a 2 lane road, the State of Texas directs lots of wide loads and large vehicles down this road. It is fairly busy, but very small population in the county.

Funny how our wonderful government can tell us stories they concocted about January 6th and all their made up facts about it, but they can’t seem to come up with who is doing this.

Also could be a so called ally of a western nation pissed off at how the global agenda run buy the US has compromised their country as far as energy this winter. There is massive anger going world wide lately.

As I said on the other thread, the NC thing could be anyone from a few beer-guzzling Bubbas, a disgruntled former employee, a current employee needing overtime, some guy who’s ticked off after getting his power turned off for nonpayment or angry about higher bills, some climate activist kid.
Who knows? Maybe it was a female, y’all, a sort of cross between Greta Thunberg and Annie Oakley. Now there’s a scary thought!

Sarcasm aside, wouldn’t be surprised if this is terrorists testing tactics on a small scale. There needs to be armed surveillance at the largest sites at risk, and orders to shoot if needed. Taking out power could cost innocent lives, this is no trivial matter.
Maybe they will find a MAGA hat, and blame it on Trump.
