The Fake News is actually trying to convince the American People that I said I wanted to "terminate" the Constitution

The Fake News is actually trying to convince the American People that I said I wanted to "terminate" the Constitution.

This is simply more DISINFORMATION & LIES, just like RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, and all of their other HOAXES & SCAMS.

What I said was that when there is "MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION," as has been irrefutably proven in the 2020 Presidential Election, steps must be immediately taken to RIGHT THE WRONG.

Only FOOLS would disagree with that and accept STOLEN ELECTIONS. MAGA!

"Donald is banging the high chair with his spoon again….."

The joke is that all the whiners who are deliberately twisting what he said, are the same people who could give two shits about the Constitution, or what it stands for. It means nothing to them. To them, it's just a piece of paper to wipe their asses with.

It shouldn't be troublesome nor disconcerting. Politicians I have supported over the years are not perfect either and what they say should not be as scrutinized as we see happening in the media 24/7 - who want to use their position of power to influence or tear down anyone they target.

To expect perfection one must first look in the mirror.

"Just proves as always that reading comprehension is just not available or accessible to the liberal brain."

Yep. I just wrote this on another thread earlier today: "Sadly, a lot of people on FR, as well as other sites may be able to read, but they do not comprehend what they read. They need a class on reading comprehension because they end up adding in things that aren't even in the articles."

Martial law. Round em up, give ‘em military tribunals, then helicopter rides

So what? He should have continued to allow people to think he said that & just remained quiet?

What exactly are you saying, or implying, because you never said anything?

Would oppose nothing so far as it is lawful and constitutional.

My youngest brother, now a retired Marine, reminds me that he, and Trump, both have taken an oath to support the Constitution. And he reminds me that, An Oath is Forever.

I understand what Trump means, but i am not illiterate.

Sheeple and morons abide. If anyone is offended by that statement, you’re probably stupid or dead. Either is fine with me.

Stupidity and Ignorance are Contagious.

Is stealing a national election "consistent with the Constitution"? Just curious.

Again, if the supposition is that Trump was not calling for the "termination" of the Constitution, or for any extra-constitutional measures to address what he considers to have been a fraudulent election, then what does he have in mind now when he refers to "immediate" steps to address the wrong?

As for your question, as a constitutional matter, the actual "presidential election" is that which is described in Article II, Section 1, Clause, as revised by Amendment XII. Is it your contention that that election was "stolen"? If so, by whom, exactly, and in what manner?

I mean, if you want to fence, okay.

Well, it’s a sure sign that they are worried about the truth be told, without a doubt. They are guilty of the crime, not if we can get them to do the time.

The problem is that the Constitution expects honest elections to be held by each state, thus the Constitution has no method for addressing the problem. Thus far, the parties that "should" be addressing the problem (state legislatures) have refused to do so.

Congress could, of course, impeach Biden and Harris, but given the RINO population in the Congress, that remedy is unlikely.

I think that's right. There are no "steps," immediate or otherwise, available to redress what is perceived to have been comprised elections in certain states in 2020. So, the question is, does Trump not know this?

You said it well.
Clarity and brevity matter a great deal when discussing something as complex as our Constitution.

Otherwise it quickly becomes like a long session of Bible Scholars debate rather nebulous points and conjectures.

From a Trump post subsequent to his "Founders did not want..." post on Dec 3: "...UNPRECEDENTED FRAUD REQUIRES UNPRECEDENTED CURE!”

I want to see Trump's concept of an "unprecedented cure" before I pass judgment on his remarks.

The electorate is brain dead. Far fewer saw his actual statement than saw the reporting on it. And now, it’s in their echo chamber. Is he playing 3D chess? Maybe. But you can’t play 3D chess with a monkey.
