Former President Donald Trump suggested the “termination” of the United States Constitution could be allowable in response to the bombshell report that the Democrat Party colluded with Twitter to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.
The former president made his observation via his Truth Social account on Saturday following journalist Matt Taibbi’s thorough report on Twitter’s internal communications during the 2020 elections at the behest of newly-minted CEO Elon Musk.
The author of the Breitbart article above is spinning (lying). Here's what Trump actually posted.

“Pics of GF?”
I’m a gentleman and would not provide those. The guys fishing might.......
No - he says he’s for extraordinary actions - including bypassing the rules of the constitution.
So hell no!
There’s 2 bodies that can rectify this - congress or the Supreme Court.
Trump is calling for the dissolution of the constitution to rerun the 2020 election .
that makes a bit more sense... but just look at how the intellect flowed by the firstresponding freepers?? that should concern more people than a takin out of context post!!
For clarity, those posters who post that Trump means to throw out the Constitution mostly are not fools. They know that is not what Trump said, or meant to say.
However, implying that Trump wants to throw out the USC furthers THIER agenda of vilifying Trump. Are they the fool? or are those that lap the secondary posts the fools?
Hope that is sufficiently clear.
*** Insert pic of Trump hugging American flag here ***
Thanks.
‘That is the right Trump was calling to be removed.’
well, for such an explicit suggestion is there any reason he couldn’t articulate it himself...?
I don’t buy that negating the Constitution is anything like what he meant, but I’ll keep an open mind re further developments.
Wouldn’t be the first time that someone with a nefarious agenda twisted the man’s words/meaning.
The rest of that Basic Law reads a little too closely to the USSR constitutions, both the 1936 (Stalin) and 1977 (Brezhnev) versions.
- Every person shall have the right freely to express and disseminate his opinions in speech, writing and pictures and to inform himself without hindrance from generally accessible sources. Freedom of the press and freedom of reporting by means of broadcasts and films shall be guaranteed. There shall be no censorship.
- These rights shall find their limits in the provisions of general laws, in provisions for the protection of young persons and in the right to personal honor.
- Arts and sciences, research and teaching shall be free. The freedom of teaching shall not release any person from allegiance to the constitution.
I would reply YES, but I might get mis interpreted, LOL
He outlawed booze and let women vote.
What an *******.
She sounds like fun...
Uhmm, no.
You’re putting words in his mouth. He did not say that and you know it.
Who allowed for the fraud? The Uniparty. Who is currently in real time allowing for the termination of the Constitution? The Uniparty, under Biden. Now how can you put the notion of Trump terminating the Constitution (which he upheld more than his recent predecessors) with his mention of the Founding Fathers who framed it?
Thank you for posting this. Trump is not at all calling for dissolving the constitution. What he is saying is that constituion has no remedy for fraud elections, and that is a big problem with today’s democrats.
“Lately every time he opens his mouth he makes a bigger fool of himself”
You’re mistaking Trump for yourself.
She must have been hitting tequila? Tequila has been good and bad for me. I recall one time it made two lesbians fun for a few hours. Turns out that after a number of shots they were not so good at being lesbians. That night I learned that the word “scissor” had more of a meaning then when mom said don’t run with them.
If true, Trump isn’t doing himself any favors.
