LONDON, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Russia's Gazprom (GAZP.MM) said on Monday that gas had stopped leaking from three ruptured Nord Stream gas lines under the Baltic, and that it might be possible to resume pumping through the remaining single line.

Pressure has stabilized in the damaged gas pipelines of the Nord Stream System.
The pressure in string A of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline and both strings of the Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline has become stable after the occurrence of the ruptures, and the gas leaks lave stopped.
Gazprom is working to decrease the pressure in string B of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline. For that purpose, the Company is pumping natural gas out of the pipe. This will make it possible to safely inspect string B for integrity, as well as to reduce the potential environmental risks in the event of possible gas leaks.
If a decision is made to start supplies via string B of Nord Stream 2, natural gas will be fed into the pipeline after the system is checked for integrity and the possibility of supplies is confirmed by the supervisory authorities.
Sorry, I can't get to the Gazprom URL. Seems a few folks mentioned it on the video news which is causing heavy traffic on the site, but I did manage a screen shot.
so, since they’re trying to fix it, it would seem unlikely that the russians blew it in the 1st place

The destruction of the pipeline was clearly not carried out by Russia. No one believes it. In fact, the German population overwhelmingly opposes any war with Russia and rejects the idea that the Russians are responsible for the pipeline.

Even when shut down the pipeline is kept under pressure. If you blow a hole in it it will stop leaking when all the gas is gone.
