Recovering from a broken hip, I know pressure sores are dangerous as hell.
Jim’s wife, Sheila, passed away a couple of years ago.
He has two sons.

Latest update from Chris:
The VA let me in to see my dad. and to also talk to his doctor. The doctor said he has sepsis caused by the pressure sores, and are giving him an IV of antibiotic. They did a procedure to remove some of the infected tissue from the pressure sores as well. Right now, they are keeping him mainly for observation. He’s very tired and weak.
Jim talked a little bit and told Chris that he is still in pain.
Chris let him know of all the love and support he’s receiving on FR.

That kind of thing makes it all so difficult, doesn't it?
Don't forget what we all know, that a prayer has a lot more reach than a Protective service.
Again thank you for the updates. We will be keeping close, but don't all of you wear yourselves out.
