Journalist Bob Woodward said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” that former President Donald Trump’s rhetoric instigated “the whole insurrection.”
Mitchell said, “The entire day is wiped out, from 11:00 in the morning until 6:00 at night. The entire period of the insurrection, the lead up to the insurrection, and the multiple video replays where he was being, you know, urged by almost everyone to comply. We know that there were calls because we even know that Kevin McCarthy and others on the Hill were calling him and getting calls from him.”

Except there was no insurrection.
the CIA was engaged in "regime-change" and "color-revolution," long before the terms became popular in the 21st century.
Woodward was just an agent for that change.

If you mean the Jan. 6 speech, I watched the whole thing. All Trump suggested was that the people express their concerns peacefully.
But a number of people left the speech and went down the mall before Trump had even finished speaking or said that. They’ve said that there were already troublemakers there.
I will always believe that this was somehow set up by interests that wanted to discredit Trump. (If any ‘rhetoric’ led to this, it was the virulent anti-Trump rhetoric that began as soon as he came down the escalator.)
These guys mustve heard a different speech than the one I am aware he gave that day.....

So there were incoming calls...but not for Trump. Don't we know texting was going on during those hours and so what if Trump was using a phone. I doubt very much if it was a burner phone. Not his style.

Yes, when he repeatedly told everyone protesting to do it “peacefully and calmly” that was a dog whistle for ‘ATTACK!!!’
No, the steal was the impetus for what was actually a pretty small protest considering what a Biden Presidency would mean for America.
