Comedian Heather McDonald hospitalized in Tempe, Arizona
McDonald collapsed and hit her head on the floor after she delivered her second joke: “I’m vaxxed, double vaxxed, boosted … and flu shot and shingle shot and haven’t gotten COVID and Jesus loves me most.”
As soon as she delivered the joke, she just collapsed and hit her head on the floor. Everyone thought at first it was all part of the act, but it was not. She was conscious, but clearly, all was not well. An EMT and a nurse happened to be in the audience … they rushed up on stage to provide first aid.
The 911 call came in as a seizure, but no one really knows yet. An ambulance came and paramedics tended to Heather. Heather tells TMZ she felt somewhat dizzy when she was on stage and then just collapsed.
She says it’s never happened to her before.

Chelsea Handler also has had a bout of something and also had to cancel some of her shows.
Of course she had to assure everyone that at 46 YEARS OLD, she is NOT pregnant. Nice way to divert people from asking if it was from the v.
Maybe she hadn’t eaten or drank enough water that day.
She should be grateful she wasn't cancelled.

At first glance I thought it was Heather Mac Donald. That would be bad. I don’t know how no this is.
Cross that joke line off her repertoire list.
I saw her tiktok video from the hospital.
She was talking like “Oh i can’t believe this happened, i’m so sorry, i’ll be back, etc.”
No indication whatsoever she connected the dots to what she actually said.
If that wasn’t a major warning/wake-up call straight from God, I don’t know what is.
I suspect this won’t be the last we hear of her.

I love comedy. I’m still trying to figure out anything remotely humorous for a punchline. Funniest thing was her collapsing. Dick Shawn btw died the same way. He would go manic on the stage and collapse and lay there as part of his bit, only he actually had a major heart attack and died right there on the stage.
